You may not reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, display, upload, transmit or exploit Deuces Wild Poker’s Materials without written permission from us.

12. Limitations of Liability

In no event will Wer be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws in force in Malta without giving effect to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration as per the rules set forth by the Malta Arbitration Centre, at the sole discretion of Wer.
